<p>It goes without saying that if your website is Flash that it has a very high percentage of being crappy in general.  There are plenty of non-Flash
crappy website out there too though.</p>

<ul>
<li>Your Smugmug homepage is not a proper website</li>
<li>Same goes for flickr, blogspot, Facebook, Myspace, Model Mayhem, etc.</li>
<li>Here's a great idea.  Let's put 40+MB worth of pictures on the main page!  The good news is, unlike Flash, the navigation buttons at least loaded up right away.</li>
<li>Or better, let's put 5MB images at full-size resolution up there, but force them to show at thumbnail size.  That way your waste all the bandwidth and time to download them but they look tiny and useless</li>
<li>Investment?  Who decided to replace "Prices" with "Investment".  Are you a mutual fund?  Do I get my money back in a year plus 10% interest?</li>
