Really? You think you are going to learn anything useful here? Put down your mouse, get off the internet, pick up your camera, and go outside and take some photos. Maybe it's dark outside, or raining, or you are at work goofing off. If so, then read on.

But wait! Are you sure you want to be taking advice from me? Know this ... I am not a particularly good photographyer. Quite the opposite in fact. At a typical 2 day volleyball tournament I might take 500 shots, and if I am lucky I will end up with ten of them that are decent enough to put into a web gallery, and if I am really lucky maybe one of them will be good enough to actually print out and hang on my wall.
